Located in Ngaleima, Kinshasa, the Mountain View Project is a luxury 13-floor residential building with 2 basements, commissioned by the Indian company Modern Construction Congo (MCC). This stunning development features a beautiful landscape, spacious terraces, and a rooftop pool, offering an exceptional living experience.
The foundation spans 5,050 m² with a thickness of 90 cm, reinforced by pedestals under each column. To accelerate the construction process, the foundation has been divided into four sections. Each floor boasts a height of 4.2 meters, providing an extraordinary architectural perception.
The project broke ground on July 7th, 2024, beginning with a 3-month excavation phase. On October 14th, 2024, SOGEBAM, backed by experienced engineers and staff, took over the execution phase. Utilizing advanced materials and two 54-meter tower cranes, we ensure efficient workflow throughout the project.
