The Galerie du Fleuve Twin Towers project is located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, opposite Hilton Kinshasa. The development consists of two twin towers, Sunrise and Waves, both featuring a modern wave-shaped architectural façade, giving the project a dynamic and contemporary identity.
Each tower comprises 32 levels, including 2 basement floors, 1 ground floor, 5 parking levels, and 24 typical floors.
The typical floor area is approximately 850 m² for the Sunrise Tower and 1,220 m² for the Waves Tower. Both towers are supported by a reinforced concrete raft foundation covering an area of approximately 2,470 m² with a thickness of 2.30 m, reinforced primarily with Ø32 mm and Ø25 mm steel bars to ensure structural stability and durability.
